はい。エリーダエルダでは、ダイヤモンドのグレードアップも承っております。ご希望の方は、ご注文前にメールにてお問い合わせください。

アップグレード費用の目安例（0.3カラットの場合）
Iカラー / Very Good / SI1 → Gカラー / Excellent / VS1
→ ＋6万円〜10万円前後

How long will it take to deliver after I place my order?

We usually ship within 45 days after your order is confirmed. Each item is made by a craftsman after receiving the order. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

At Elida Elda, if you are not satisfied with the quality of your jewelry, you can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it. However, this only applies if the item is unused and all accessories are included. We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the item.

However, returns are not possible in the following cases:
- If the product has been used or has been damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer (including damage caused by improper packaging when returned).
・If the product is returned without prior notice ・If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g. metal allergy, etc.)
・If the product has been delivered more than 8 days ago or if the accessories are missing

Is gift wrapping available?

Yes, all our jewellery is delivered in a special gift box.
Even if you send it directly as a gift, please rest assured that we will not enclose any details that indicate the price.

Can I get resizing, aftercare, or repairs?

For some products only, we can accommodate requests for adjusting the chain length or changing the metal fittings.
We also offer cleaning, resizing, new finish, stone setting repair, deformation repair, etc. Estimates are free, so please feel free to contact us.
